When the butter is a talking point... read more you have high hopes for the rest of the meal. It delivered in every area. Delicious bread, olives, cheese, jam left us in heaven before the main dishes were served.
Each dish was incredible, plated beautifully and creatively and described wonderfully by Mateus.
I don't drink alcohol and was served a delicious blueberry and orange juice instead which was amazing.
An amazing, homely setting which is relaxed and charming provided the back drop to culinary excellence.
If you are wondering whether to do this my advice is to make it a must do part of any trip to Lisbon. This was a massive highlight of our trip.

Matheus and Marco are making you feel “at home” from the second you enter the building till saying goodbye. HIGHLY recommend for all, and if you are a solo-traveler, I think a great way to make travel friends! Mateus is a very talented chef, you can tell he has so much passion for what he does!
