The care and thoughtfulness with which he created an elevated menu and took us through a culinary journey with regional context was truly wonderful. I am gluten free and Mateus made some incredible gluten free bread and cake that allowed me to experience Portugeuse classics that are quite difficult to get elsewhere in Lisbon.
