Had the best gluten-free bread and delicious cauliflower rice! Mateus’s brother was also an amazing host so they truly make quite the duo.
If anything I wish they provided some ice breakers for us as guests and had hoped we had gotten to chat more during the course of dinner, but the lack of these things didn’t take away from the dinner and speaks to how dedicated they were to making sure our dishes turned out as good as possible and came out in a timely fashion. The food that was provided was delicious and you could tell how much time, effort, and passion was put into each dish as it was presented to the table. Many travel experiences can feel half hearted and just a space filler, but this experience was truly special to me. It has inspired me to find similar experiences to this in other countries, and to schedule my trips around doing something similar to this on future trips.
