Thought, creativity and surprising flavors were added to every single component of the menu.
When the butter is a talking point... read more you have high hopes for the rest of the meal. It delivered in every area. Delicious bread, olives, cheese, jam left us in heaven before the main dishes were served.
Each dish was incredible, plated beautifully and creatively and described wonderfully by Mateus.
I don't drink alcohol and was served a delicious blueberry and orange juice instead which was amazing.
An amazing, homely setting which is relaxed and charming provided the back drop to culinary excellence.
If you are wondering whether to do this my advice is to make it a must do part of any trip to Lisbon. This was a massive highlight of our trip.
Thank you Mateus and Marco and our other companions for the evening for making it a night to remember.

Il y avait un manque de cohésion pendant le repas (0 discussions, débats, présentation..) Le serveur ne semblait pas très familier avec les coutumes du service, ce que je peux comprendre, mais j'aurais espéré un peu plus d'animation (un minimum)comme on peut le voir chez vos homologues sur Airbnb. De plus, nous sommes partis seulement deux minutes après avoir fini notre dessert, et nous n'étions pas les seuls à le faire. Personnellement, je n'ai pas trouvé le repas sensationnel, bien que ma copine l'ait apprécié.
En tant que professionnel de la restauration et amateur d'expériences gastronomiques, je suis déçu.
Il faut voir la chose du bon coté (l’axe d’amélioration est présent) je réessaierai si les avis changent
