Ambiente Degustation Experience is a semi-private space, to guarantee a safe ambient for participants and visitors, to enable a personal relationship with everyone and to welcome everyone friendly to our concept. All data and information we collect from our clients and members, are treated with highest respect and submit to the requested data protection laws. All activities offered in our space require previous bookings with complete identification of the client, to make you accountable for the booking of our services, so that we can bring out our best to serve our clients and to assure the realisation of the booked activities on behalf of our customers. Therefore we only can guarantee our service after receiving the full payment in advance, until max. 7 days after your booking / inscription. After this 7 days period we allow ourselves to cancel your inscription. Participation without previous payment will not be admitted nor will Workshops/Courses be realised if the number of bookings is inferior 3 participants. Already booked classes will be refunded or we suggest an alternative date for realisation. Any other claims for indemnisations are excluded. You can cancel your booking without charges up to 7 days before the event – or choose an alternative date – or feel free to transmit the participation to another person, otherwise you will be charged fully. We reserve the right for any changes of content of the announced Experiences, like menus, ingredients or other components. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. In this case your payment will be fully refunded. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing back of the credit card. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. Vouchers with declared value have no limit of validity as long as no Experiences has been booked with binding. Vouchers are not refundable. Ambiente Degustation Experience refuses all liability for damage to property and personal injury in connection with our experiences. Participation in cooking events is at your own risk. This also applies to food allergies and other physical reactions caused by foods and drinks used.
